New 7 bed/6.5 bath GULF FRONT home in the Dunes Subdivision on
Dune Drive
Tiled throughout (except the bedrooms) with decks on the front, the back and one side.
Underneath parking and outdoor shower! 8 TV's and an Ice machine. The entire 4th floor is
the master Suite. It features 2 sitting areas and a huge bathroom with shower and a
separate Jacuzzi tub. Parking is covered & set up for 6 cars. Please note, this home
rents from Saturday till Saturday only during the Spring and Summer months. The Deposit
Held is $1000 and will be returned by check after your departure. This is the nicest gulf
front home in the Dunes! It was completed in May of 2004.

weeks prior to arrival. The deposit is refundable and will be returned by check within 14
