Villa Lagoon

Villa Lagoon is our second home building project that uses Dac-Art concrete blocks. We have spent two years and still have a lot of interior work to go (Dec. 2008). The daily progress has been documented in a construction photo-journal on www.ConcreteCottage.com

We hope to one day have a Venetian style cast Dac-Art rail around our porches, but for now we have a sturdy wood one. We still lack some window sills and the decorative elements that go above the big panels.

Our new main house its directly across from the original guesthouse / office. Our lot is about 100 ft wide and faces Little Lagoon which is right across from the Gulf of Mexico.

The new house has Villa Lagoon Tile old world cement tile in all the rooms. We have designed a different pattern and color combination for each room. Check it out !!
