This DAC-ART Bed and Breakfast was to be built on
Dauphin Island near Mobile Alabama.
Construction was to begin in Spring 2003.
The elevated design allows for shaded car parking underneath
and raises the structure above the mean high tide level
as required by the local building codes for coastal structures.

The owners have spent a great deal of time in Europe
and wanted a very European style design for their coastal Bed & Breakfast
which they certainly will achieve with this design
and the DAC-ART Building System.
They will also be building a very strong structure for his hurricane zone area.

Due to the recent storms that have impacted Dalphin Island, this commercial building project might not be built in that location.
