This cute cottage styled home really has much more room than it looks like. The casual downstairs has an open floorplan and upstairs can be as many as 4 bedrooms. The historic nature of this home makes it perfect for locations where new homes are added to an older neighborhood. Or let this be your lakefront home with the front porch facing the water. This home building plan can be drawn for building with DAC-ART pre-cast architectural limestone for a low maintanence and timeless look.

    
The house building plans show here give you three stories of living space plus a nice attic. You could be building this historic home with the look of European limestone using DAC-ART precast manmade stone. You can choose from several colors of concrete that give the look of stone from different regions. The over door ornamental concrete decorations can be molded right into the blocks rather than applied after the concrete blocks are stacked.
