These close-ups below may not be actual size, in fact they are probably shown smaller than the 100% print size, it all depends on your computer monitor. The set of Red Hat Ladies Name Tags will give you several printing options to print in various sizes. You  can cut them with an office paper cutter or by hand.

You could even print your name tags and have someone with pretty handwriting do the names and then laminate them to use over and over.
